Jennifer Cooke

Jennifer Cooke is an artist and designer.  She has been screen printing for over ten years, mostly on textiles.  Her prints are inspired by everything from security envelopes to topographic maps, which she reworks to make beautiful abstract patterns.  She designs and hand prints her own collection of clothing, accessories, and home products under her label Raeburn Ink.  Her products have sold at specialty shops across the country and boutique department stores Barneys New York and United Arrows in Japan.   Jennifer has exhibited at numerous craft fairs in the indie craft circuit, and was a featured exhibitor in the AltCraft section of the American Craft Council show in Baltimore.  She has also created custom print designs for various fashion clients, and for the past three years has worked as an Artist for the major outdoor clothing company Patagonia.   Her first craft book, Design Your Own Tees, was published in the fall of 2010 from St. Martin's Press.  Jennifer loves sharing her knowledge of screen printing, and encourages artists to use the medium experimentally.  www.raeburnink.com.
